CALL TO ARTISTS

JAG Productions and Pride Center of Vermont are seeking Black, Brown, Indigenous, POC, Queer and Trans identified artists to be a part of Out Here: A Virtual Open Mic Night Celebrating Black Trans Futures. 

 

About the event:

When Black Trans people are safe, we are all safe. When Black Trans people are cared for, we are all cared for. When Black Trans people thrive, we all thrive. As we continue the work to dismantle white-supremacy and #DefundThePolice, we'd like to raise some funds to support the work of G.L.I.T.S. 

 

We're seeking original music, songs, poetry, spoken word and storytelling. All languages, backgrounds, and identities are welcome!! We want to showcase the artists that make our community unique and special by highlighting our culture, stories, history, struggles, and triumphs!!!
