CALL FOR PROPOSALS
JAGfest 6.0 | MAY 13th- MAY 15th

Every year for the past five years, JAG has invited artists to spend a week in White River Junction, Vermont to further the development of a new play or solo performance. Over the course of the one-week residency, three-five projects receive an intensive workshop, constructive feedback, a staged reading for the public at Briggs Opera House and the attention of a dramaturg, actors and JAG staff.

Over the weekend JAG will host a different play (writer, director and cast – eight participants maximum) including a solo work or small performance piece. Each project will be in residence from Monday to Sunday, given several days of development work time, and conclude with a public presentation. There may also be additional places, as space allows, for individual artists to work on projects outside of the collaborative process (i.e. writing a play; planning a production; working on designs, etc.)
