ITINERARY

April 24

8:30 am | Departure from White River Jct.
3:00 pm | Approximate arrival in NYC (meal stop en route own expense)
Check into Washington Square Hotel

4:30 pm | Board bus to head to Tony Kiser Theatre. Group dinner
included prior (local TBD)

8:00 pm | Attend performance of Between the Lines followed by a talkback with Jodi Picoult and Samantha Van Leer

April 25

Morning Free

In the afternoon - attend an education panel for Black Theatre in NYC (possibly at Cherry Lane Theatre)
8:00 pm | Attend performance of Esai's Table at Cherry Lane Theatre followed by a cast party celebrating the end of the run.

No Motorcoach Services today

April 26

Check out of hotel this morning. Board your bus along with your Harlem Tour Guide who will provide commentary on Harlem as you
make your way to the Abyssinian Baptist Church for a service with brunch after (included).
Depart for White River Jct. after brunch.

COST

Per Passenger, Single Occupancy | $1,410
Per Passenger, Double Occupancy | $1,025
Prices are based on the Washington Square Hotel.

Pricing Without Hotel: $795 

Accommodations at own expense - traveler is responsible to board coach along with group at the Washington Square Hotel.

Cost Includes: 

  • Roundtrip Motorcoach Transportation

  • Bus Driver Gratuity

  • 2 nights hotel accommodation

  • Coach transportation for itinerary as specified including road tolls and parking fees

  • Show tickets, Entrance fees per itinerary

  • 1 Dinner, 1 Brunch

  • Taxes, service charges for all included services

Does Not Include: 

  • Baggage Porterage

  • Personal Expenses

  • Gratuities to guides and accompanying staff

  • Travel Insurance (HIGHLY recommended and quoted along with this proposal)

  • 5% surcharge if paying by credit card

Rooming request is required upon booking along with completed travel profile/sign-up form.

Payment Schedule 

Full payment is due NO LATER THAN February 24, 2020. Space is limited and subject to availability. See MET Payments, Policies & Procedures for further information. A signed copy must be sent along with deposit payment.
